Hoosiers appreciate that Joe travels the state to listen to them and then brings their concerns to Washington, fighting for them in a commonsense, bipartisan way.

Senator Donnelly says people with pre-existing conditions need access to health care.
“I think the Administration has it all wrong in this area, and that what we want to try and do is make sure that our children who are struggling with asthma can get the inhaler they need. That our family member with diabetes can get the insulin they need, that’s what we should be about.”
Over 2 million Hoosiers have pre-existing conditions.

US Senator Joe Donnelly of Granger helped fire up volunteers in South Bend.
He says he is ready to take on a midterm race in a state where there was wide support in 2016 for President Trump.
“When the president is right, I will be with him. When he is not right, I will tell him that. My opponent says he will vote with the president every single time. A wise person said if two people do the same thing every time, one of them is not needed,” said Donnelly.
Donnelly says 21 of his legislative proposals have become law since President Trump took office.
